Description
I was walking along the coastal cliffs of Ericeira when I came across this quiet moment. Leaning over a wall covered in traditional blue azulejos, a father and his son were completely anchored in place, staring out at the infinite blue where the sea meets the sky.
Right as I composed the shot, the little one turned his head to check on me, breaking the heavy stillness with a quick look of pure curiosity. It completely transformed the dynamic of the image, turning a vast, almost overwhelming view of the Atlantic into something deeply personal, warm, and human.
